Breath

The constellation Tayamni, which consists of Orion, the Pleiades and Sirius, can be seen in the nightly skies during winter months. Tayamni is the opening of the cosmic birth canal, the birth canal of God the Mother. Through Tayamni all things on Earth receive their physical manifestation. As a child you were connected via your fontanel through the star constellation Tayamni with the cosmos. However, in adults the fontanel has closed. The connection to the cosmos and the self-evident confidence we once had is gone. It is up to us to restore this connection. We can do this with our breath. Imagine your spine as a hollow stalk. Try, when you inhale, to send your breath through this hollow stalk upwards to the crown of your head and beyond, as well as downwards to your sacrum and further, into the Earth. If you keep this up for a time, you may feel ecstatic tingles throughout your body. This ecstasy is comparable to what a young child who is still connected to the cosmos and has an unconditional trust in providence feels. This is the moment to reconnect yourself with the cosmos and allow yourself the experience of your full breath.
